We provide services for foreign applications not only for patent but also for utility model and design. Special staff that is well versed in the intellectual property law in each country provides services that meet your needs.
＊We do not provide service for applications for trademark at present.

We also assist you in search for intellectual property information in each country before filing of application, checking examination situations of another company's case, providing information（Third Party Observations, Third Party Submissions）, authentication for asserting a right of prior use, a trial for invalidation, and the like.

Accepting cases after filing of application

When you need to change your Japanese or foreign agent for some reason after filing an application, we can provide service for accepting the application in the middle of process.
Even after a plurality of office actions is issued, an engineer with a wealth of experience checks previous responses and offers appropriate advice.
An increasing number of clients who feel dissatisfied with services provided by a previous Japanese or foreign agent request us to accept applications in the middle of process.
